What is a web application
Not a website. A system that happens to run in a browser.
A web application is software your people log into to get work done: accounts, permissions, records, workflows and reports, reachable from any device without installing anything.
The difference from a website matters. A website presents information; a web application holds your data, enforces your rules and has to stay correct when hundreds of people use it at once. That changes how it is designed, tested and hosted.
We build these for organisations across Saudi Arabia, whether it is a portal serving thousands of customers or an internal console used by one department every working hour.

What we build
The platforms we are asked for
Each is a different shape of the same engineering: accounts, data, rules and reporting.
Customer and partner portals
Self-service for the people outside your organisation: accounts, documents, requests, payments and status, with controlled access to their own data.
Internal consoles
The screens your staff live in: cases, orders, approvals and the reporting around them.
Dashboards and reporting
Live operational and management reporting built on the system's own data, not an export.
Booking and ordering platforms
Catalogues, availability, checkout and fulfilment, connected to stock and finance.
Secure document platforms
Upload, review, approval and retention, with audit trails and role-based access.
Replacing legacy web systems
Moving an ageing platform forward in stages, keeping it running while the technology changes underneath.

How we work
From first workshop to a platform under load
Each stage produces something reviewable, and performance is tested before launch rather than discovered after it.
- 1
Discover
Users, journeys, data and integrations mapped, with the load you expect written down.
- 2
Design
Bilingual screens and the architecture to support them, reviewed with you.
- 3
Build
Two-week sprints, peer-reviewed code and a working increment each time.
- 4
Harden
Security testing and load testing against the targets agreed at the start.
- 5
Launch
Deployment, migration and a controlled cut-over with monitoring in place.
- 6
Run
SLA-based support, patching and a release plan for the next features.
Technology
Built with tools that will still be maintainable later
Chosen per project, never a single toolchain forced onto every client.

Why GoAgile
Why these platforms keep running
Launching is the easy part. These are the reasons clients stay with us afterwards.
Performance is a requirement
We agree response-time and load targets up front and test against them before go-live.
Security is not an add-on
Access control, encryption and secure coding practice are part of the build, under ISO 27001 management.
Properly bilingual
Arabic is designed with the English, so switching language never breaks a screen.
Integration without a middleman
We build and run the ERP and infrastructure around your platform too.
Support in your hours
A Riyadh team, available when your business is actually open.
Yours to keep
Full code and documentation handover, no lock-in.
Need a portal or platform that holds up?
Tell us who will use it, how many of them there are and what it has to connect to. We will come back with an architecture, a scope and a realistic timeline.

What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website presents information. A web application holds your data and enforces your rules: users log in, records change, workflows run and reports come out. That difference changes how it is designed, secured, tested and hosted.
How long does a web application take to build?
A focused internal tool can be live in a few months; a customer portal with several integrations and bilingual interfaces takes longer. You see working software at the end of the first build sprint either way.
Will it work in Arabic?
Yes. Layout mirrors to right-to-left, Arabic typography is set properly, numerals and dates behave, and printed or exported documents come out correctly in both languages.
How many users can it handle?
We agree the expected load before design and test against it before launch. The architecture, caching and hosting are chosen to meet that figure with room to grow.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
Yes. We build integrations to ERP, CRM, banking, payment gateways and government services through documented APIs, and we deliver several of those ERP platforms ourselves.
Where will it be hosted?
On Azure, AWS or your own servers, whichever suits your data residency and compliance position. We set up the environments, pipelines and monitoring either way.
Do you support it after launch?
Yes, with SLA-based support, monitoring, security patching and a planned release cycle for new features.
Talk to us about your platform
Tell us who uses it and what it connects to. We will come back with a scoped plan, not a sales pitch.
