What is Zoho Books
Cloud accounting that finance and sales both use
Zoho Books is Zoho’s online accounting software. It handles invoices, bills, banking, VAT and financial reports, with apps for iOS and Android, and connects to the rest of Zoho.
It suits start-ups, small and mid-sized businesses that want clean books without a heavy system. Because it is part of the Zoho family, a customer in Zoho CRM and an item in Zoho Inventory are the same ones you invoice in Books.

- Clean and convert customers, vendors, items and the chart of accounts

What is Zoho Books?
Zoho Books is Zoho’s online accounting software. It handles invoices, bills, banking, VAT and financial reports, has mobile apps, and connects to Zoho CRM, Inventory and other Zoho apps.
Does Zoho Books support Saudi VAT?
Yes. Zoho Books has a Saudi Arabia edition with VAT rates and returns. We set it up with your accountant and test it against sample periods before go-live.
Does Zoho Books handle Saudi e-invoicing?
We are a ZATCA e-invoicing solution provider, so e-invoicing is set up and tested as part of your Zoho Books project and supported afterwards. You should still confirm your ZATCA wave on ZATCA’s own site.
Can Zoho Books issue Arabic invoices?
Yes. We set up bilingual Arabic and English invoice, quote and statement templates with your branding and VAT details.
Can you move our data from Tally or QuickBooks?
Yes. We clean and convert customers, vendors, items and balances, load opening data and open invoices and bills, and reconcile with your accountant before go-live.
Can Zoho Books connect to our bank?
Zoho Books supports bank feeds and reconciliation. Which banks and feeds are available depends on your bank and country, so we check this early.
Is Zoho Books enough, or do we need an ERP?
For accounting, invoicing and basic stock, many companies are well served by Zoho Books with Zoho Inventory. For complex manufacturing or very large groups, we compare Odoo, Business Central and SAP.
How long does a Zoho Books set-up take?
A simple set-up can be live in a couple of weeks. A migration with history, several banks and integrations takes longer. We agree a timeline after we review your accounts.
Is GoAgile a Zoho partner for Zoho Books?
Yes. GoAgile Technologies is a Zoho Premium Partner. Our head office is in Riyadh, and our dedicated Zoho team sets up, customises, integrates and supports Zoho Books for businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
