Odoo Training Services in Saudi Arabia & the Middle East
GoAgile Technologies builds Odoo capability inside your organisation, so you are not dependent on your vendor for every change. Our certified Odoo Gold Partner trainers deliver Arabic, English or bilingual training across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, at every level: end users, department supervisors, system administrators and technical staff. We have trained teams at 200+ organisations in 14+ years of working with Saudi businesses.
Why Odoo Adoption Fails After Go-Live in Saudi Arabia
A system people do not use delivers nothing. These six patterns explain most failed adoptions, and each one is avoidable.
-
Users drift back to Excel and WhatsApp
Within weeks of go-live, people who were never trained on their own Odoo workflows quietly return to their old tools.
-
Training in the wrong language
Arabic-speaking staff struggle when sessions are entirely in English, delivered by trainers who do not speak Arabic.
-
No one to change a setting
Administrators are untrained, so every configuration change needs the implementation vendor.
-
Training squeezed into the last week
Training is rushed just before go-live, when everyone is busy with cutover.
-
Generic content
Every module is covered equally, which wastes time and misses the tasks people actually do each day.
-
Nothing for new joiners
There are no recorded materials for staff who join after go-live.
Our approach
Trained by role, not by module.
Each group learns only the screens, workflows and tasks its job requires. That makes training shorter, improves retention and avoids information overload.
Our Saudi-based trainers deliver in Arabic, English or bilingual format. Every engagement produces recorded sessions and role-specific quick-reference guides that you keep, so staff who join months after go-live get the same start as everyone else.

— Timing
When to Train, Around Go-Live
Training in the last week is too late for administrators and too early for end users. This is the schedule we recommend.
Administrators: 4–6 weeks before go-live
Administrator training starts early, so your admin is ready to configure and test before users arrive.
- Early start
Train-the-trainer: during implementation
Ideally begins while the project is running, so super-users learn the system as it is built.
- During the project
End users: final 1–2 weeks before cutover
End-user sessions happen close to go-live, so what people learn is still fresh when they start work in Odoo.
- Just in time
After go-live: refreshers and new joiners
Refresher sessions and the recorded library keep skills current as people and processes change.
- Ongoing

What Training Changes
The difference shows up within weeks of go-live, and it compounds.
| Area | Without role-based training | With role-based training |
|---|---|---|
| Adoption | Staff fall back on spreadsheets and chat. | Teams use Odoo as the single place for their work. |
| Productivity | Time lost searching for the right screen. | Tasks completed faster, with fewer questions. |
| Data quality | Inconsistent entries and avoidable errors. | Cleaner, more accurate data from day one. |
| Support load | Constant tickets for basic questions. | Less dependence on support for everyday use. |
| Administration | Every change goes back to the vendor. | An internal administrator handles routine changes. |
| New joiners | Learn by asking colleagues. | Learn from recorded sessions and quick-reference guides. |
| Return on ERP | The investment is only partly used. | Higher utilisation of what you paid for. |

Can Odoo training be delivered entirely in Arabic?
Yes. Training can be delivered in Arabic, English or bilingual format, and the materials are produced in the language mix you choose. In bilingual sessions the trainer switches between the two languages as a mixed team naturally does, rather than translating.
When should training be scheduled around go-live?
End-user training typically takes place in the final one to two weeks before cutover, so it is fresh. Administrator training starts four to six weeks before go-live, and train-the-trainer programmes ideally begin during the implementation itself.
Who should attend Odoo training?
Business owners, department managers, ERP administrators, functional users and consultants, project managers, IT teams and developers. We group people by role, so each group learns only what its job needs.
What if we have high staff turnover?
That is what the train-the-trainer programme and the recorded training library are for. Internal super-users can onboard new hires with the recordings and quick-reference guides, without calling us back every time someone joins.
Can training cover our customisations and workflows?
Yes. We train on your live deployment, including custom fields, approval workflows and custom reports, so what people learn matches the screens they will use.
Do you offer certification preparation?
Yes. We can prepare system administrators and power users for official Odoo functional certification exams, using current Odoo training materials. Every programme also ends with a certificate of completion.
Do I need prior ERP or programming knowledge?
No prior knowledge is needed for end-user or functional training. Understanding your business processes helps. Technical training assumes a programming or IT background, and we confirm the starting level in the needs assessment.
How long does Odoo training take?
It depends on the modules, the roles and the technical depth. Basic end-user training can take a few days, while advanced administrator and technical programmes take several weeks. We give you a schedule with the proposal.
Is training on site or online?
Both. We run on-site training in Jeddah, Riyadh, Al Khobar and other locations in the Kingdom, and interactive online sessions for teams in different places, as well as one-to-one coaching on a specific module.
What do we keep after the training?
You keep the recorded sessions, role-specific quick-reference guides, manuals and assessment quizzes, and digital copies of the materials. They are yours to reuse for new staff.
