What is SAP ERP
SAP: the ERP behind many of the world's largest organisations
SAP is a family of enterprise software. Its core ERP, SAP S/4HANA, runs finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and more. SAP Business One serves smaller companies.
Many large organisations in Saudi Arabia run SAP, and many still run the older SAP ECC. Several consultancies report that SAP’s mainstream maintenance for ECC ends on 31 December 2027, with optional extended maintenance after that at extra cost. We confirm the dates for your release against SAP’s own roadmap.
We work across the range: new implementations, ECC to S/4HANA moves, Business One for growing companies, and the support and development that keep SAP useful every day.

What is SAP ERP?
SAP ERP is SAP’s enterprise software for finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and more. Today its core ERP is SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business One serves smaller companies. The older SAP ECC is still widely used.
What is the difference between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One?
S/4HANA is SAP’s ERP for mid-size and large organisations with complex, multi-entity needs. Business One is for smaller and growing companies with simpler processes. We recommend the one that fits your size and plans.
When does SAP ECC support end?
Several consultancies report that mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 ends on 31 December 2027, with extended maintenance available at extra cost until about 2030. Details depend on your release, so we confirm them against SAP’s own roadmap and plan your move.
How does SAP handle ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia?
We are a ZATCA e-invoicing solution provider, so e-invoicing is set up and tested as part of your SAP project, using the option that fits your release, and supported afterwards. You should still confirm your ZATCA wave on ZATCA’s own site.
What is RISE with SAP?
RISE with SAP is SAP’s package for moving to S/4HANA in the cloud, combining software, hosting and services. It offers several hosting choices. We help you decide whether it fits you and plan the move.
How do you migrate us from ECC to S/4HANA?
We assess your system and custom code, then agree an approach: a fresh start, a system conversion or a selective move. We clean and load your data, test with key users and reconcile before cut-over.
How much does an SAP project cost?
It depends on the product, modules, entities, data and integrations. We give a written estimate after a scoping workshop instead of quoting a number up front.
Do you provide SAP services in Riyadh and the GCC?
Yes. Our head office is in Riyadh. We implement and support SAP for enterprises, SMEs and fast-growing companies across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
