What is Power BI
Power BI shows your business on one screen
Power BI is Microsoft’s tool for turning raw business data into live charts and dashboards. It pulls figures from your systems, so you no longer build reports by hand in Excel.
Many finance teams spend days each month copying numbers into spreadsheets, and the result is already out of date. Power BI connects to the source, refreshes on a schedule and lets managers click into the detail themselves.
It comes in three forms: a free desktop tool to design reports, an online service to share them, and a mobile app. People can also ask questions in plain language, such as sales by region last quarter, and get a chart back.

How we build
From scattered data to trusted dashboards
Good dashboards come from clean data and clear questions, not from fancy charts.
Plan your first dashboard →Ask the right questions
We start with the decisions your managers make, and work backwards to the numbers they need.
Connect and clean
We connect the sources, fix duplicates and gaps, and agree one definition per number.
Model once
We build a single data model, so every report uses the same logic.
Design for reading
Few visuals, clear colours, Arabic and English labels, and a layout that works on a phone.
Secure and hand over
We set roles, schedule refreshes, train your team and document everything.
Built for Saudi Arabia and the GCC
Reporting that fits Saudi and GCC business
Local needs are part of the model, not an afterthought.
Arabic and English
Report titles, labels and navigation in both languages.
SAR and multi-currency
Show figures in riyals, or in the currency of each GCC entity, with clear conversion rules.
VAT and Zakat views
Trend and reconciliation dashboards that help your finance team before filing.
Row-level security
Each branch, region or department sees only its own data.
Inside your Dynamics screens
Place Power BI reports directly inside Dynamics 365 so people do not switch tools.
Riyadh on-site team
Requirement workshops and training at your office.
Keeping Power BI tidy and safe as it grows
A few simple rules stop dashboards from turning into an uncontrolled pile of reports.
Who owns what
Every report has a named owner, a purpose and a refresh schedule. Reports nobody uses are retired.
Who sees what
Access follows your company structure, with roles and row-level security for sensitive data.
One set of numbers
Shared datasets hold the official figures, so two reports never show two different revenues.
Changes are tested
Updates are tried in a test area before reaching the people who rely on them.
Costs stay clear
We check licences you already own and size capacity to real use, so you do not overpay.
See your own numbers in Power BI
Share one report you build by hand today. We will show you how it could run on its own.

What is Power BI?
Power BI is Microsoft’s business intelligence tool. It pulls data from your systems, cleans it and shows it as charts, tables and dashboards that update on their own. People can open them in a browser, on a phone or inside Teams.
Do I need Dynamics 365 to use Power BI?
No. Power BI connects to many sources, including Excel, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, Odoo databases, Azure and cloud apps. It works especially well with Dynamics 365, but it is not required.
How much does Power BI cost?
Power BI Desktop, the tool for building reports, is free. Sharing reports with colleagues needs paid licences. Microsoft’s list prices at the time of writing are about USD 14 per user per month for Power BI Pro and about USD 24 for Premium per user, and larger organisations can license by capacity. Prices change, so we check the current figures and the licences you already own.
Can Power BI connect to Odoo, SAP or Tally?
Yes. We connect through the database, APIs or exports and build one clean data model, so reports from different systems add up.
Can Power BI reports be in Arabic?
Yes. We build reports and dashboards with Arabic and English titles and labels, and we agree the layout with your users.
How do you keep sensitive numbers private?
We use roles and row-level security, so a branch manager sees only their branch and the finance director sees everything. Access follows your company structure.
How long until we see the first dashboard?
It depends on how ready your data is. We agree a first dashboard as an early milestone in the plan, so you see real numbers early and can steer the rest.
Do you offer Power BI services in Riyadh and the GCC?
Yes. Our head office is in Riyadh. We build Power BI dashboards and train teams across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
