Systems that finally talk to each other

Clean, documented APIs and connectors between the platforms you already run, so data moves once and stays correct everywhere.

  • No more re-keying between systems
  • Documented APIs your next supplier can read
  • Built to survive upgrades on both sides

A typical integration

  1. Order placed
    On your website or app
  2. API layer
    Validated, mapped, queued
  3. ERP updated
    Stock, invoice, accounts
  4. Customer told
    Email, SMS or push

What is systems integration

One version of the truth, instead of four systems arguing

Integration is the work of connecting the systems you already own so that data entered once appears correctly everywhere else, automatically and reliably.

Most organisations do not have a software problem; they have a joining problem. The ERP knows the invoice, the CRM knows the customer, the website knows the order and nobody knows all three. Staff bridge the gap by exporting spreadsheets, and the business makes decisions on numbers that are already out of date.

We build the layer that removes that work: documented APIs, mapped data, error handling that tells someone when a message fails, and monitoring so failures are not discovered at month end.

What we connect

The joins we are asked for most

If it has an API, a file drop or a database, it can usually be connected properly.

ERP to everything

Odoo, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Zoho and TallyPrime joined to the systems around them, with the ERP staying the record of truth.

CRM and customer data

One customer record shared between sales, service, marketing and finance.

E-commerce and point of sale

Orders, stock, pricing and returns flowing between your storefront, branches and ERP.

Banking and payments

Payment gateways, bank files and reconciliation, so cash matches the ledger without manual work.

ZATCA e-invoicing

Invoice generation, clearance and reporting wired into the system that raises the invoice.

HR and payroll

Joiners, leavers and payroll data moving between HR, finance and access control.

In detail

What a reliable integration includes

Anyone can move a file once. These are the parts that keep it working.

Mapping and design

We document both sides first: the fields, the rules, what wins in a conflict and what must never be overwritten.
You get: A mapping document both teams agree on.

How we work

From a mapping workshop to a monitored join

Integrations fail on detail, so most of the effort goes in before any code is written.

  1. 1

    Map

Both systems documented: fields, rules, volumes and what happens in a conflict.

  2. 2

    Design

Method, frequency, error handling and security agreed in writing.

  3. 3

    Build

The integration built the supported way on each platform, with logging from day one.

  4. 4

    Test

Real data, edge cases and deliberate failures, replayed until handled cleanly.

  5. 5

    Launch

Controlled cut-over, often running in parallel before the manual process stops.

  6. 6

    Monitor

Dashboards, alerts and support, with a plan for upgrades on either side.

Technology

How we connect things

The right method depends on volume, timing and what each platform supports.

  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • SOAP
  • Webhooks
  • SFTP / files
  • Message queues

Built for Saudi Arabia and the GCC

The integrations Saudi organisations ask for

Local requirements are where most integration projects get complicated. These are the ones we handle regularly.

ZATCA e-invoicing

Invoice generation, clearance and reporting connected to the system that creates the invoice.

Banking and payment files

Payment gateways, bank statement imports and reconciliation into the ledger.

National service integrations

Identity and government service integrations built against documented APIs, for clients approved to use them.

HR and Saudization reporting

Employee data flowing between HR, payroll and the reports your compliance team has to produce.

Arabic data handling

Arabic names, addresses and documents passed between systems without corruption.

PDPL-aware design

Personal data mapped, minimised and logged as it crosses system boundaries.

See our plain-language compliance guides for ZATCA and PDPL.

Why GoAgile

Why integration work lands with us

Usually because the last attempt broke at the first upgrade.

We know both ends

We implement and support the ERP and CRM platforms we are integrating, so we are not guessing at either side.

Built to survive upgrades

We extend platforms the supported way, so a vendor update does not take your integration down.

You can see it working

Monitoring and alerts from day one, rather than discovering a silent failure at month end.

Documented properly

Specifications and runbooks written for whoever comes next, including your own team.

Secure by design

Least-privilege access, encryption in transit and audit logging, under ISO 27001 practices.

Local and accountable

A Riyadh team on your hours when a join fails and someone needs to answer for it.

Systems & API Integration FAQs

What can you integrate?

Anything with an API, a file interface or a reachable database: ERP, CRM, e-commerce, point of sale, banking, payment gateways, HR and payroll, plus government services a client is approved to use. We implement several of those ERP platforms ourselves.

Will the integration break when a system is upgraded?

Not if it is built the supported way. We extend each platform using its documented extension points rather than unsupported changes, and we test against vendor updates before they reach your live system.

What happens when a message fails?

It is retried, then held in a queue and flagged. Someone is alerted the same day and the message can be replayed once the cause is fixed. Silent failures are the thing we design hardest against.

Can you connect our system to ZATCA e-invoicing?

Yes. We build ZATCA Phase 2 integrations into the systems that raise invoices, including clearance and reporting, and our ezInvoice product covers it where a standalone platform is a better fit.

Do we get documentation?

Yes. API specifications, mapping documents and runbooks, written so your own team or a future supplier can work from them without calling us.

How long does an integration take?

A single well-documented join can take a few weeks. A programme connecting several systems with reconciliation and reporting takes longer. Most of the time goes into mapping and testing, not coding.

Can you take over an integration someone else built?

Yes. We review what exists, document it, and tell you honestly whether to stabilise it or rebuild it, with the reasons written down.

Why GoAgile for integration?

We build and support the ERP, CRM and infrastructure on both ends of most of these joins.
