Financial solutions in Saudi Arabia: e-invoicing, accounting, payments and AI reporting
GoAgile builds and integrates the finance technology Saudi organisations rely on: ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, accounting platforms, payment gateways, bank integrations and AI-powered financial reporting, for banks, enterprises and growing businesses.
ZATCA e-invoicing delivered for a Saudi credit bureau in six days
Payment gateways and bank integrations built to SAMA and PCI DSS expectations
Financial AI reporting for Al Rajhi Bank, and banking clients including GIB
Financial solutions are the systems that move money and records through a business: invoicing and tax compliance, accounting and reporting, and payments and bank connections. In Saudi Arabia they also have to satisfy ZATCA for e-invoicing and VAT, SAMA for payments and open banking, and data rules such as the PDPL, which is why finance technology here is built differently from anywhere else.
An invoice, a payment and a ledger entry are one chain. When the invoice is not cleared by ZATCA, the payment cannot be matched, and the books do not close. Most finance technology problems happen at the joins between these systems, not inside them.
GoAgile works across the whole chain: we integrate ERPs with ZATCA, set up accounting platforms for Saudi rules, build and connect payment gateways and banks, and add AI-assisted reporting on top of governed finance data. One team, so the joins are designed rather than discovered.

What you get
Systems your auditors, your bank and your regulator can accept.
Financial AI reporting
Faster reports, explained numbers, a person in charge
Finance teams spend days assembling packs and explaining numbers. AI can draft the first version, but only when it works from governed data and a person stays accountable. That is how we build financial AI reporting.
Connects to your ledger, ERP and warehouse, so every report starts from governed numbers
Drafts management commentary and variance explanations for review
Flags unusual postings, unreconciled items and movements before a pack goes out
Answers finance questions in plain language over approved data
Links every statement to its source entry, with an audit trail
Responsible by design
A person approves every published figure. Data stays where your policy says, including in-Kingdom hosting. Models are documented, monitored and assessed against the SAMA Cyber Security Framework, the PDPL and SDAIA's AI Ethics Principles.

Built for Saudi Arabia and the GCC
Finance technology that meets Saudi rules and Saudi expectations
Regulation moves quickly in the Kingdom. We design for the version in force and track what is coming.
ZATCA
ZATCA waves and deadlines
Wave 25 sets the threshold at SAR 187,500 with an integration date of 1 February 2027. We plan integrations against your wave, not after the notice.
SAMA
SAMA's payments rulebook
The Law of Payments and Payment Services (Implementing Regulations, June 2023), the Open Banking Framework and the e-commerce payments interface shape what you can build and how.
Security
PCI DSS and card security
PCI DSS v4.0.1 is the only valid version since 31 December 2024. Architectures that keep card data out of scope are cheaper to run and to certify.
PDPL
Data residency and PDPL
Finance data is personal data. Storage, access, AI processing and transfers are designed around the PDPL and your sector's rules.
Language
Arabic, bilingual finance
Invoices, statements and reports in Arabic and English, with Hijri and Gregorian dates and right-to-left layouts that print correctly.

More from GoAgile
Finance works best with the rest of the stack
Most finance projects touch an ERP, a software integration or the infrastructure underneath. These are the places clients go next.
What financial solutions does GoAgile provide in Saudi Arabia?
Three core services and one specialism: ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing integration, accounting platform implementation and support, payment gateway development and banking integrations, and AI-assisted financial reporting. They can be bought separately or as one programme.
Is ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing mandatory, and which wave am I in?
Phase 2 is mandatory for VAT-registered businesses and is applied in waves by revenue. Wave 25 covers VAT-taxable revenue above SAR 187,500 in any of 2022 to 2025, with an integration date of 1 February 2027; earlier waves have closed. ZATCA notifies selected taxpayers at least six months ahead. Our e-invoicing page has the wave table and explains how we integrate.
How much does e-invoicing integration cost?
It depends on how many systems issue invoices, the invoice types and volumes, the number of branches and units, and whether you integrate directly or use a platform such as ezInvoice. We give a fixed-scope estimate after a short assessment.
Can you build a payment gateway, and do I need a SAMA licence?
Yes, we build gateways and orchestration layers. Whether a licence is needed depends on what the gateway does: a pure technology gateway sits outside the licensed payment services, while merchant acquiring, aggregation, e-wallets, payment initiation and account information are licensed by SAMA. We scope the design against that perimeter early and recommend confirming with SAMA or your counsel.
Which payment methods can you integrate?
mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, SADAD and real-time bank transfers over SARIE through your bank, plus buy now, pay later through SAMA-licensed providers.
What is financial AI reporting, and is it safe for a bank?
Financial AI reporting uses AI to draft commentary, explain variances and flag anomalies from governed finance data, while a person reviews and approves every published figure. It is safe when the data is governed, hosting and access follow your policies, models are documented and monitored, and every statement links to its source. That is how we build it, and Al Rajhi Bank is a client for financial AI reporting.
Do you work with banks and financial institutions?
Yes. Our financial-sector clients include Al Rajhi Bank (financial AI reporting) and GIB, and we delivered ZATCA e-invoicing for the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH). We work to SAMA, PCI DSS, PDPL and NCA expectations.
Can you connect our ERP to our bank?
Yes. We connect Odoo, Dynamics 365, SAP, Zoho, TallyPrime and custom systems to Saudi banks through host-to-host, SFTP or API connections, import statements, auto-match payments and send supplier and payroll files with approvals.
Which accounting systems do you implement?
Zoho Books, Odoo, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance and Operations, SAP, TallyPrime and Oracle. We recommend by fit and tell you if the platform you have is the wrong one.
How do we get started?
Tell us what you run and what is most urgent, often a ZATCA deadline or a payment launch. We arrange a short call, follow it with an assessment or workshop, and then propose the right service, order of work and budget.
