What is Business Central
One system for finance, sales, stock and operations
Dynamics 365 Business Central is Microsoft’s ERP for small and mid-sized businesses. It runs your accounts, sales, purchasing, inventory, projects and service in one place, in Microsoft’s cloud or on your own servers.
It is the modern successor to Dynamics NAV, so many screens and ideas feel familiar. It works with Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power BI and the Power Platform, so people stay in the tools they already use.
In Saudi Arabia and the GCC the product needs a local layer: Arabic and English documents, VAT and Zakat reports, with e-invoicing handled by us. That local layer is where a good partner makes the difference.

What is Dynamics 365 Business Central?
Dynamics 365 Business Central is Microsoft’s ERP system for small and mid-sized businesses. It combines finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, projects and service in one system, in Microsoft’s cloud or on your own servers.
What is the difference between Business Central and Dynamics NAV?
Business Central grew out of NAV and keeps its core ideas. The difference is delivery and updates. Business Central gets regular updates from Microsoft and is customised through extensions, while NAV is customised by changing its base code.
Business Central or Finance & Operations?
Business Central suits small and mid-sized businesses with one or a few entities and standard processes. Finance & Operations suits larger groups with many entities, complex supply chain or manufacturing. We recommend what fits, not what is bigger.
Does Business Central support ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. We are a ZATCA e-invoicing solution provider, so e-invoicing is set up and tested as part of your Business Central project, for Phase 1 and Phase 2, and supported afterwards. You should still confirm your ZATCA wave on ZATCA’s own site.
Can Business Central work in Arabic?
Yes. We set up Arabic and English screens and documents and test the layout with your users. Saudi-specific needs such as VAT and Zakat reports are added through localisation and configuration.
How much does Business Central cost?
Microsoft licenses it per user per month. Third-party guides report US list prices of about USD 80 for Essentials, USD 110 for Premium and USD 8 for Team Members on annual billing. Implementation cost depends on scope, modules, data and integrations, which we confirm after a short workshop.
Should we use the cloud or install it on our servers?
Cloud is simpler to run and always up to date. On-premises gives you more control over where data sits. We explain the trade-offs for your business and Saudi data rules, then you decide.
Can Business Central run a retail chain or restaurants?
Yes, with LS Retail, which adds point of sale, store operations, loyalty and hospitality functions on top of Business Central. GoAgile is an LS Retail partner, so one team covers the POS and the back office. Our LS Retail page has the details.
Do you provide Business Central services in Riyadh and the GCC?
Yes. Our head office is in Riyadh. We implement and support Business Central for companies across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
