What is a CRM project

The system is the easy part. Getting it used is the project.

A CRM holds every interaction with a customer in one place: the pipeline, the quotes, the service tickets and the history, shared across the teams who serve them.

Most failed CRM projects fail the same way. The platform is bought, the fields are configured by someone who does not sell, and six months later the pipeline lives in a spreadsheet again because the CRM asks for twenty fields and gives nothing back.

We design around the process your teams already follow, remove the data entry that earns nothing, connect it to the ERP so quotes and invoices are not re-keyed, and train people on their own data rather than a demo database.

What we deliver

From choosing a platform to the second year

Whichever CRM you end up on, the work falls into these pieces.

CRM selection and consulting

An honest comparison of Dynamics 365, Zoho and a custom build against your process, team size and budget, before any licence is bought.

Implementation and configuration

Pipeline stages, fields, roles, dashboards and automation built around how your teams actually work.

Integration

Connected to your ERP, website forms, email, telephony and e-invoicing so nothing is re-keyed.

Data migration

Accounts, contacts, open deals and history moved and de-duplicated, with the rubbish left behind.

Custom CRM development

When no platform fits, a CRM built around your process, owned outright by you.

Training and adoption

Role-based training on your own data, plus the follow-up that decides whether it is still used in month six.

In detail

What we set up inside the CRM

The parts that decide whether people log in tomorrow.

Sales pipeline

Stages that match how your deals really progress, with the forecast built from them rather than maintained separately.
You get: A pipeline the sales manager trusts.

How we work

Six stages, ending with people who use it

Adoption is treated as a deliverable, not a hope.

  1. 1

    Assess

Your sales and service process mapped, and the platform choice made on evidence.

  2. 2

    Design

Stages, fields, roles, dashboards and automation agreed with the people who will use them.

  3. 3

    Build

Configuration, customisation and integration to your ERP and website.

  4. 4

    Migrate

Accounts, contacts and open deals moved, de-duplicated and reconciled.

  5. 5

    Train

Role-based sessions on your own data, with managers trained on the reporting.

  6. 6

    Adopt

Support, tuning and a review after the first quarter, when the real gaps show.

Why GoAgile

Why our CRM projects stay in use

The difference is usually made before the platform is even chosen.

We are not tied to one CRM

We implement Dynamics 365 and Zoho and build custom systems, so the recommendation follows your process.

The ERP is ours too

Quotes, orders and invoices flow between CRM and ERP because we build and support both ends.

Designed with the users

Pipeline stages and fields are agreed with the people who sell, not imposed on them.

Arabic and English

Customer-facing teams work in the language they use with customers.

Adoption is a deliverable

Role-based training on real data, then a review when the honeymoon ends.

Reporting that is trusted

Measures agreed up front, built on live data, so nobody rebuilds them in a spreadsheet.

CRM Solutions FAQs

Which CRM should we choose?

It depends on team size, process complexity, budget and what you already run. Dynamics 365 suits organisations already invested in Microsoft and needing depth; Zoho suits teams wanting breadth at lower cost; a custom build suits processes no product models well. We implement all three and will tell you which fits.

Can the CRM connect to our ERP?

Yes, and it should. Quotes, orders, invoices and payment status flowing between CRM and ERP removes most of the re-keying that makes people abandon a CRM. We implement Odoo, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Zoho and TallyPrime ourselves.

Can you migrate our existing data?

Yes. Accounts, contacts, open opportunities and history are mapped, de-duplicated and reconciled before go-live. We also advise on what should not be migrated.

Our last CRM project failed. What will be different?

Usually the design. We map how your teams actually sell before configuring anything, cut the fields that earn nothing, connect the CRM so data is not entered twice, and train on your own data. Then we review after a quarter, when the real gaps appear.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Interface, data and customer-facing documents work in Arabic and English, which matters for teams dealing with customers in both.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

A focused sales rollout can be live in weeks. Adding service, field service, marketing and ERP integration takes longer. We phase it so one team is live and benefiting while the next is being built.

Do you support it afterwards?

Yes, with SLA-based support, tuning, new dashboards and help as your process changes.
