Zoho People is Zoho’s cloud HR application. It holds employee records and handles attendance, leave, onboarding, performance reviews and HR requests, with apps for Android and iOS.

What is Zoho People?
Zoho People is Zoho’s cloud HR application. It manages employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, performance reviews and HR requests, and has mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Can Zoho People handle Saudi leave and holidays?
Yes, through leave policies, holiday lists and shifts. We set up Saudi leave types, Islamic holidays, the Friday and Saturday weekend and reduced Ramadan hours with your HR team.
Does Zoho People calculate payroll?
Payroll is handled by Zoho Payroll, which connects to Zoho People. Zoho says it supports GOSI, end-of-service and wage files for Saudi Arabia. We confirm what applies to your plan and test it end to end.
Can it connect to attendance devices?
Zoho People can work with supported attendance devices, such as biometric machines. We check your device and the integration route before we promise it.
Does it work in Arabic?
We set up letters, forms and policies in Arabic and English. We confirm language support for each screen your staff will use.
What is the difference between Zoho People and People Plus?
Zoho People is the core HR application. People Plus bundles it with hiring, payroll, expenses and collaboration in one suite.
Can you move our data from Excel?
Yes. We clean and load employee records, leave balances and documents, and check them with HR before go-live.
Where is our HR data stored?
Zoho announced two data centres in Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh and Jeddah, in March 2024. Which apps and accounts use them depends on your set-up, so we confirm it with Zoho for your case.
