What we do
An app is the easy part. Keeping it live is the work.
We design, build, release and maintain mobile apps for customers, field teams and internal users, on iOS and Android.
Most apps fail quietly after launch: an OS update breaks a screen, the store rejects a build, nobody budgeted for the second release. We plan for that from the start, with a release process and a support agreement rather than a hand-off and goodbye.
Whether to build native or cross-platform is a decision we make with you based on what the app actually does, not a house preference.

What we build
Apps for customers, for crews and for the office
The engineering differs far more by audience than by industry.
Customer apps
Accounts, catalogues, bookings, payments, notifications and support, connected to the systems behind them.
Field and workforce apps
Jobs, checklists, photos, signatures and location, working offline and syncing when the signal returns.
Internal business apps
Approvals, stock checks, inspections and reporting for staff who are not at a desk.
Commerce and loyalty
Ordering, wallets, points and offers tied to your point of sale and ERP.
Companion dashboards
Management views on live data for people who need the numbers on a phone.
Rescuing an existing app
Taking over an app someone else built: stabilising it, getting it back into the stores and planning what comes next.
In detail
What goes into a release
These are the decisions that separate an app that lasts from one that gets quietly uninstalled.

Life after launch
How we work
From idea to a live listing
Six stages, with builds you can install on your own phone long before launch.
- 1
Discover
Users, journeys, devices and the systems the app must talk to.
- 2
Design
Arabic and English screens together, as a clickable prototype you can try.
- 3
Build
Two-week sprints with a test build on your device at the end of each.
- 4
Test
Real devices, network conditions, security testing and your own acceptance testing.
- 5
Release
Store accounts, listings, submission and the review cycle managed for you.
- 6
Support
Crash monitoring, OS updates and a planned release schedule.

The stack we build on
Chosen per project, never a single toolchain forced onto every client.

Why GoAgile
Why clients hand us their app
Including several who came to us after a first attempt elsewhere.
Arabic that feels native
Designed right to left from the first screen, not mirrored at the end.
An honest platform choice
We recommend native or cross-platform based on what your app does, not what we prefer to build.
We handle the stores
Accounts, listings, submissions and rejections are ours to deal with, not yours.
Connected to your systems
The app talks to the ERP, CRM and payment systems we also build and support.
Planned for the long run
Support, OS updates and a release cycle agreed before launch, not improvised after it.
Your code and your accounts
Repositories, signing keys and store accounts stay in your name.

Tell us who it is for and what it has to do offline, in Arabic and with your existing systems. We will come back with a platform recommendation and a scoped plan.

Native or cross-platform: which should we choose?
Native suits apps that lean hard on device features, heavy graphics or the newest platform capabilities. Cross-platform suits most business, commerce and field apps, where one codebase covers both platforms at lower cost. We make the call with you and write down the trade-offs.
Will the app work properly in Arabic?
Yes. The layout mirrors to right-to-left, Arabic typography is set for small screens, numerals and dates behave correctly, and we test that longer Arabic strings do not break the design.
Can it work without an internet connection?
Yes, where it makes sense. We decide what must work offline, how data is stored on the device and how conflicts resolve when it syncs. Field apps are usually built offline-first.
Do you publish the app to the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. We handle the developer accounts, listings, screenshots, submission and the review cycle, including rejections. The accounts stay in your name.
What happens when Apple or Google release an update?
Both platforms change every year. Our support agreements cover OS compatibility updates, device-size changes and crash monitoring, with a planned release schedule.
Can you take over an app another company built?
Often yes. We review the code and the store accounts first and tell you honestly whether it is worth stabilising or rebuilding, with the reasons.
Can the app connect to our ERP or CRM?
Yes. We build the APIs between them, and we deliver several of those ERP and CRM platforms ourselves.
