What it is

What are managed IT services?

Managed IT services mean a specialist provider takes responsibility for running your technology every day: the service desk, laptops and phones, servers, network, Microsoft 365, backups and security monitoring, for an agreed monthly fee and against written service levels. IT stops being a source of interruptions and becomes something you can measure.

In Saudi Arabia the model suits three kinds of organisation: growing companies that have outgrown one IT person, enterprises that want their own IT staff working on projects instead of tickets, and regulated businesses that need documented controls to satisfy NCA, SAMA or PDPL reviews.

The scope is yours to set. Some clients hand us everything. Others keep their own team and use us for out-of-hours cover, specialist skills or a single layer such as the network or the servers. We have run IT for Saudi organisations since 2012, including the Prince Sultan Defense Studies and Research Center, whose IT infrastructure we manage end to end.

What we manage

Everything that keeps your people working

Pick the layers you want us to run. Each one is documented, monitored and reported on every month.

A service desk your staff will actually use

Staff reach us by phone, email or the ticket portal, in Arabic or English. Every request is logged, prioritised and tracked to closure, and fixed remotely whenever possible so the engineer only visits when a visit is needed.

  • Arabic and English support
  • Password resets, access requests and software installs
  • New starter and leaver processes handled the same day
  • Remote fix first, engineer on site when required
  • Priority-based response targets in the contract
  • Monthly report on volumes, response times and repeat issues

What you get: Fewer interruptions for your team and a clear record of what IT is doing.

How we work

From first call to a service you can measure

Most clients are fully onboarded in a few weeks. Nothing is handed over on trust: we audit first, fix the biggest risks, then take over operations.

Start with a conversation
  1. Discover

We inventory devices, servers, network, licences, contracts and risks, interview your team and write down what we find. You receive a findings report, including the problems nobody mentioned.

  2. Stabilise

The urgent risks come first: unsupported systems, missing backups, shared administrator passwords, unpatched servers and expired licences.

  3. Onboard

Monitoring agents, ticket portal, escalation contacts and service levels are agreed in writing. Staff are briefed on how to reach us and what to expect.

  4. Run

The service desk, monitoring, patching and backup checks run to a daily and monthly calendar, with a named engineer accountable for your account.

  5. Report

A monthly report covers tickets, response times, patch compliance, backup success, open risks and anything that needs a decision from you.

  6. Improve

A quarterly review retires recurring problems, plans refreshes and updates the roadmap and budget.

Scope and service levels

Choose how much you hand over, and see how we respond

Scope and service levels are written into the contract. These are the engagement models and the response targets we typically agree.

Why GoAgile

Why organisations let GoAgile run their IT

Managed IT is a trust decision. These are the commitments we make and keep.

A named team

The same engineers learn your environment. You know who is on your account and how to reach them.

Costs you can predict

A monthly fee agreed in advance. Projects are quoted separately and never slipped into the invoice.

Security is part of operations

Patching, access reviews and backup checks are scheduled work, not extras you pay for after an incident.

One company from cabling to cloud

The team that installs the cabling and builds the server room can also run it, so nothing falls between suppliers.

Reporting you can read

A plain monthly report that shows what we did, what it cost in time and what needs your decision.

Local and accountable

Headquartered in Riyadh since 2012, with offices in Dubai and the USA and delivery across the GCC.

Questions answered

Managed IT Services FAQs

What are managed IT services?

Managed IT services mean a provider takes ongoing responsibility for running your technology for an agreed monthly fee: the service desk, devices, servers, network, cloud, Microsoft 365, backups and routine security tasks. Service levels in the contract define response times, and a monthly report shows what was done.

How much do managed IT services cost in Saudi Arabia?

Price depends on the number of users and devices, the number of sites, the systems in scope and the coverage hours. Most providers charge a fixed monthly fee, often per user or per device, plus any agreed fixed items. We quote after a short audit so the fee reflects your real environment, and projects such as migrations are priced separately.

What is the difference between managed IT and IT outsourcing?

Outsourcing hands a function or a project to a supplier. Managed IT is an ongoing service with measured service levels, regular reporting and an account team that learns your environment. You can keep your own IT staff and use us as a co-managed partner, or hand over everything.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes. Co-managed IT is common. We can take out-of-hours cover, the service desk, specific layers such as network or servers, or specialist work, while your team keeps the tasks it wants to own.

Do you provide support in Arabic?

Yes. The service desk works in Arabic and English, and reports and documentation can be provided in either language.

How quickly can you take over our IT?

Most onboarding completes in a few weeks, depending on the size and condition of the environment. We audit first, fix the biggest risks, then move to steady-state operations, so you are never in the position of paying for a service we cannot yet deliver.

How do you help with NCA ECC and PDPL compliance?

Patching, access reviews, backup testing, logging and asset records are run on a calendar and recorded, which produces the evidence auditors ask for. For PDPL we help you map where personal data is stored and who has access. Legal advice on interpretation remains with your counsel.

Do you support Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms?

Yes. We administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, manage workloads in Microsoft Azure and Huawei Cloud, and run hybrid environments where some systems remain on premises.

What happens to our existing IT vendors and contracts?

We review them with you. Some are kept and managed on your behalf, some are consolidated and some are retired. We handle the handover so that internet links, licences and hardware warranties continue without a gap.

Can you cover offices outside Riyadh?

Yes. Most of the service is delivered remotely, and we arrange on-site engineers for visits across the Kingdom and the GCC. Tell us your locations and we will confirm coverage in the proposal.
