1. Who we are
GoAgile Technologies (“GoAgile”, “we”, “us”) is an IT services and technology solutions company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with offices in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal data on goagiletechnologies.com and in our dealings with visitors, enquirers, job applicants, clients and business contacts.
For the personal data described here, GoAgile decides how and why it is used, which makes us the controller under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). When we deliver services to a client and handle personal data on the client’s behalf, the client is the controller and we act as a processor under our written agreement with them. That processing is not covered by this policy.

2. Personal data we collect
The data we collect depends on how you deal with us:
- Enquiries. Your name, email address, phone number, organization, job title, country, the content of your message and the page you contacted us from.
- Job applications. Your name, contact details, city and country, the role or area you are interested in, your CV and the information in it (such as work history, education and professional links), and anything you add in your message.
- Clients, suppliers and partners. Business contact details and correspondence for the people we work with.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and timestamps, recorded in server logs to keep the website secure and working.
- Communications. Emails, calls and messages you exchange with us.
Please do not include national ID or iqama numbers, passport details, or health, religious or financial account information in forms or CVs. We do not ask for them and do not need them to respond.
3. How and why we use personal data
We use personal data only for specific purposes and on the grounds the PDPL allows:

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
5. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia
GoAgile operates from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, and some of our service providers may store or process data outside the Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside Saudi Arabia, we do so in line with the PDPL and its implementing regulations, including the conditions and safeguards they set for such transfers.
6. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or anonymize it. In practice:
- Enquiries are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can follow up and keep accurate records.
- Job applications are kept while we consider you for a role and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Contract, invoicing and accounting records are kept for the periods Saudi law requires.
- Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
7. How we protect personal data
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption of data in transit, confidentiality obligations for staff and agreements with our providers. GoAgile holds ISO 27001 certification for information security management.
No system is completely secure. For that reason, please do not send sensitive or confidential information through website forms.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have rights over your personal data. Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the law, you may:
- be informed about how and why your data is collected and used;
- access your personal data and receive a copy in a clear, readable format;
- ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected; and
- withdraw your consent where we rely on it.
To exercise a right, email contact@goagiletechnologies.com and tell us what you would like to do. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the PDPL allows.
If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the PDPL. If you are in another country you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respect them.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as partner and social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its date. If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
