What we do
Most organisations own SharePoint. Far fewer use it well.
We turn Microsoft 365 licences you already hold into an intranet, a document management system and the workflows that run between them.
SharePoint arrives with every Microsoft 365 subscription, so almost every organisation has it. What usually follows is a folder structure nobody agreed, permissions nobody can explain and a search that returns nothing useful. The licence is paid for either way.
The work is in the design: information architecture, metadata, permissions and retention decided properly, then the workflows and apps built on top. That is what we do, and it rarely needs new licences.

What we build
Four things clients ask SharePoint to do
Done properly, these replace a surprising number of separate systems.
Intranet and employee portal
News, policies, forms, directories and the links people actually need, in Arabic and English, on a structure that still makes sense in two years.
Document management
Version control, metadata, retention, approval and audit trails that satisfy quality and compliance reviews.
Approval workflows
Leave, purchase, contract and document approvals with delegation, escalation and a record of who approved what.
Business apps on Power Platform
Registers, request forms, inspections and trackers built as Power Apps on SharePoint data.
Enterprise search
Metadata and content types set up so search returns the right document rather than four hundred.
Migration and clean-up
Moving from file shares, older SharePoint versions or a sprawl of team sites, without carrying the mess across.

Adoption
How we work
From an audit of what you have to a site people use
We usually start by looking at what already exists, because something always does.
- 1
Audit
What you own, what is in use, where documents really live and what is broken.
- 2
Design
Information architecture, metadata, permissions and retention, agreed on paper first.
- 3
Build
Sites, libraries, workflows and apps configured, with branding in both languages.
- 4
Migrate
Content moved with metadata intact, leaving behind what should not come.
- 5
Launch
Training, champions and a communications plan so people arrive and stay.
- 6
Support
Governance reviews, changes and support as teams and needs shift.

Why GoAgile
Why SharePoint work comes to us
Often after an internal attempt that grew into a folder maze.
Microsoft specialists already
We deliver Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft infrastructure, so SharePoint sits in a stack we know end to end.
Design before configuration
Architecture, metadata and permissions are agreed before anything is built, which is why it still works later.
Bilingual by default
Arabic and English navigation, metadata and documents, with search that behaves in both.
Licences you already own
Most of what we build uses subscriptions you are already paying for.
Adoption planned in
Training and launch communications are part of the project, not an optional extra.
Governance afterwards
Reviews and support, so the structure does not drift back into chaos.
Is your SharePoint a document graveyard?
Tell us what you have and where documents really live. We will audit it and come back with an architecture, a migration plan and what it will take.

Do we need new licences?
Usually not. SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and basic Power Automate come with most Microsoft 365 subscriptions. We will tell you clearly if something you want needs a premium licence, before it is built.
Can SharePoint replace our file shares?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons clients call. The work is deciding the structure, metadata and permissions first, then migrating content with its metadata rather than copying folders across.
Will it work in Arabic?
Yes. Navigation, metadata, content and documents work in Arabic and English, and we configure search so Arabic content is found correctly.
Can you build approval workflows?
Yes, with Power Automate: leave, purchase, contract and document approvals with delegation, escalation and a full record of who approved what and when.
Is SharePoint suitable for compliance and audits?
It can be, when retention labels, versioning, permissions and audit logging are set up deliberately. That design work is the part most rollouts skip.
Can you migrate from an older SharePoint version?
Yes, including from on-premise SharePoint and file shares. We review what exists first and recommend what should not be migrated at all.
What about governance after launch?
We set the rules for site creation, permissions and retention, and we offer review sessions so the structure does not drift back into a folder maze.
