Odoo Integration Services in Saudi Arabia & the Gulf

GoAgile Technologies connects Odoo with the systems that Saudi and Gulf businesses actually run on: ZATCA Phase 2, banks, payment gateways, GOSI, eCommerce platforms, warehouse and logistics systems, CRMs and in-house tools. Our certified Odoo Gold Partner team has built 200+ regional integrations with an API-first approach, so your data flows by itself and your teams stop re-entering it.

  • Pre-built, tested Saudi connectors for ZATCA, banks, GOSI and payments
  • Every integration is a monitored Odoo module, not a loose script
  • Data-flow diagram, field mapping and rollback plan before any build

When Odoo Runs as an Island

Odoo is powerful on its own, but a system that does not talk to the others turns into more work. These six symptoms show up in almost every business before integration.

ZATCA by hand

Phase 2 invoices are exported and submitted through a separate government portal.

Bank statements re-keyed

Reconciliation depends on downloading statements and typing them in.

Orders that do not flow

Online store orders never reach Odoo sales and inventory on their own.

Payments matched manually

Gateway records are reconciled against invoices line by line.

Payroll in another system

GOSI and payroll are calculated elsewhere, with no link to Odoo.

Warehouses working blind

WMS, logistics and last-mile systems cannot see Odoo sales orders.

Our API-First Integration Approach

Every project starts with a data-flow diagram, field mapping, error-handling specification and rollback plan, before any code is written.

Documented API contract

Every integration is built on a written API contract, not on point-to-point scripts that only one developer understands. That keeps it maintainable, testable and replaceable.

A module you can operate

Each integration is a standalone Odoo module with its own configuration panel, error logging, retry logic and health monitoring, so your operations staff handle routine issues without calling a developer.

Saudi connectors, already tested

We keep pre-built, tested connectors for ZATCA Phase 2, SAMA-compliant bank statement formats, GOSI portal APIs and payment SDKs such as Mada, Moyasar, PayTabs and HyperPay, which shortens timelines.

Odoo Integration FAQs

What are Odoo integration services?

They connect Odoo with external applications, platforms, databases and APIs so data moves automatically and workflows stay in sync, replacing manual re-entry between systems. For Saudi businesses this usually means ZATCA, banks, payment gateways, eCommerce, GOSI and logistics.

Is ZATCA Phase 2 included in every Odoo implementation?

Yes. In our Saudi implementations ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing is part of the standard scope. If you already run Odoo, we can deliver ZATCA Phase 2 as a standalone integration project.

Which Saudi banks can Odoo connect to?

We support Al Rajhi, Riyad Bank, SABB, SNB, Alinma, Bank Al Jazira and Banque Saudi Fransi, using each bank’s SAMA-compliant statement format, with reconciliation rules so standard transactions match automatically.

Can Odoo connect to Saudi eCommerce platforms and payment gateways?

Yes. We connect Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and marketplaces for orders, inventory, catalogues, customers and shipping status. For payments we integrate Mada, Moyasar, PayTabs, HyperPay, Tap, Stripe and PayPal with real-time status sync, refunds and invoice reconciliation.

Which API types do you work with?

REST, SOAP, GraphQL and JSON-RPC APIs, webhooks, middleware and custom connectors. Each integration starts from a documented API contract and not from a one-off script.

Can Odoo integrate with legacy or in-house systems?

Yes. We build custom integrations with legacy software, internal databases, warehouse systems, CRMs and logistics platforms through Odoo’s API layer, with retry logic and a monitoring dashboard.

Is the data synchronised in real time?

It can be, or on a schedule you choose, depending on what the other system supports and what the process needs. We recommend the right pattern for each flow, because not everything needs to be real time.

How are integration failures detected and handled?

Each integration is an Odoo module with error logging, configurable automatic retries and optional email or SMS alerts at error thresholds. ZATCA submission queues are monitored, and failures are flagged so your operations staff can handle routine issues without a developer.

What happens when a third-party API changes?

We update and test the connector against the new specification under optional SLA support. If you do not have a support contract, updates can be arranged on a time-and-materials basis.

How is integration security handled?

Through authentication, encryption, role-based permissions, API security standards and data validation. Credentials stay out of code, and access is limited to what each integration needs.

How long does an integration project take?

It depends on the number of systems, the data volumes and how well documented the other system is. Standard connectors from our library are much faster than custom builds. We give you a timeline after the data-flow mapping.

Scope your Odoo integration

Tell us which systems need to talk to Odoo, and we’ll come back with a fixed-scope proposal with timeline and cost, not a sales pitch.
